Size is chosen by bust measured at fullest which is all the way around the chest and across the center of bust (not bra size) and length is measured from shoulder down the front of the body, over the bust, to the length you want. We do not add length, we make to the exact length you order so if you want a pool on the floor you must measure for that. The length shown on the sample is about 4" longer than floor length for some guidance. All pieces are custom made to order and our turnaround time is about 4 weeks to ship from date ordered.
